Each account created on Facebook has a unique address called URL (Uniform Resource Locator). For example, www.facebook.com/yourusername.
The url is mostly generated automatically by Facebook but you can change it. Initially my Facebook URL was www.facebook.com/kingoske and later I changed it to www.facebook.com/os.faal.
To change yours follow these steps:
1. Open Facebook messenger and tap on your profile picture.
2. Look for “username” and tap on it.
3. Tap on “edit username“
4. Change it to something unique. If the username already exist it will tell unavailable.
5. Tap on save to update your profile URL.
6. That’s it. You’re done.
Now that you have changed your profile address you can easily send the link to someone or place the link to a website for people to click and directly go to your Facebook profile.
